If the cos of angle x is 5 over 8 and the triangle is dilated to be three times as big as the original, what would be the value

of the cos of x for the dilated triangle?
15 over 24
10 over 16
5 over 8
The cos value cannot be determined for the dilated triangle.

Given :cos x = 5/8

we know that,
<span>in a dilatation the angles do not change
</span>
example
in a right triangle

cos x = Adjacent side angle x/Hypotenuse
So,
When the triangle is dilated by 3
 the adjacent side will be dilated to 15 and the Hypotenuse will be dilated to 24
 which means 5/8 will become 15/24
and hence,
15/24 after simplifying will be 5/8.
Thus there is no change

the answer is the option
5/8

y' = \frac{dy}{dx}

seperable differential equations will have the form
\frac{dy}{dx} = F(x) G(y)

what you do from here is isolate all the y terms on one side and all the X terms on the other
\frac{dy}{G(y)} = F(x) dx
just divided G(y) to both sides and multiply dx to both sides

then integrate both sides
\int \frac{1}{G(y)} dy = \int F(x) dx&#10;&#10;

once you integrate, you will have a constant. use the initial value condition to solve for the constant, then try to isolate x or y if the question asks for it

In your problem,
G(y) = \sqrt{1-y^2}&#10;&#10;F(x) = 2x

so all you need to integrate is
\int \frac{1}{\sqrt{1-y^2}} dy = \int 2x dx

What is the volume, in cubic in, of a rectangular prism with a height of zin, a width of
Delicious77 [7]

2 The question isn't well formatted, thus the length and width aren't given. Hence, we take a value in place of both to. Obtain an hypothetical solution.

Answer:

60 in³

Step-by-step explanation:

To obtain the volume eof a rectangular prism, we use the formular :

Volume of rectangular prism = Length * width * height

Let width = 5 inches ; height = 6 inches; lebgth = 2 inches

Volume of rectangular prism = (6 in * 5 in * 2 in) = 60 in³

Kindly note that the width and height values are hypothetical values as the values in the question aren't well formatted.

Evaluate the series 72+12+2+
RUDIKE [14]
72+12=84
84+2=86
So add 72 plus 12 and you get Eighty-Four . Plus 2 equals 86
