Bad writing:

It is completely necessary that the report be presented this afternoon considering the fact that the last deadline for submission is met today.

Good writing:

The report needs to be presented this afternoon, because today is the deadline.

In this case, the same message has been transmitted to the reader in a clear way using less words.
