Answer:

Positioning statement

Explanation:

When PepsiCo gave its agency the statement to describe the age and fun loving spirit of the competitor market and product when launching its  Mountain Dew soft drink in the market, it provided a positioning statement which is defined as a statement to express how a product or service in the market fulfills the needs of a particular category of consumers in the market.

Thus the answer is Positioning statement.

You can compare this to the analogy of climbing on top of a mountain. When you make a few delays when you are still near the base of the mountain, it would not significantly make an impact. But if you are already near the peak, it's do or die. Every act you do is significant because you are already towards the end of your goal.

So, since a developed nation has a very high economic power, it also takes effort to maintain it. Thus, every act must be consistent.

What is meant by implied powers, give an example?
Rasek [7]

Implied powers are political powers of U.S. government which have not been explicitly granted by the Constitution but that are implied because are necessary to carry out the powers that are expressly listed in Constitution. They are the secondary power that the government has because of the existences of the primary powers. These implied powers are necessary for the function of any given governing body.

The bank case's existence is an example of implied powers. The Constitution doesn't give to the Congress the right to establish a bank, but its defenders said that it was necessary to carry out the Congress' power to collect taxes.
