1. As a parent of a teenager, I would take some precautionary measures in protecting my teen from the dangers of the internet, which may include.........Monitoring what sites they go on and what they would be doing on them.

1. people who may try and take advantage of them such as harmful adults or scammers, seeing things that may not be age appropriate or safe such as graphic videos, and learning about difficult topics through biased means such as learning about politics through social media.

2. for safety purposes, making sure they aren't doing anything that could get them in trouble or endanger them, to keep track of what they do when you're not involved, and to stay involved in their lives in case anything bad is happening.
