Emotional response from the audience. Movies pulling at people heart string tend to get more of a reaction from people. Any other type of reaction. People being scared, lonely, etc. Also you tend to want to the characters better so they create character arcs. I honestly have no idea if this answers you question;)
Freestanding Sculpture is unattached to the background and has space on all sides. It is also referred to as sculpture in round. Unlike relief, freestanding sculpture can be viewed from all sides.
