It was a court case where a labour union striked in a train yard. In order to stop this strike, the managers decided to put US Mail on a train, making it a felony to halt the train, as tampering with the Mail is a felony, when the workers did not stop the strike, the Gov sent in the National Gaurd to make sure that the Mail was delivered
