In short, Cellular Respiration can be considered spontaneous because it releases energy (negative enthalpy) and becomes disordered(positive entropy)

A spontaneous reaction is a decrease in enthalpy ans an increase in entropy.
Entropy is energy release from a system when an event takes place.

The purpose of cellular respiration is to release energy from glucose so that organisms can use that energy.

Write a DNA sequence of 9 bases (recall that DNA sequences are combinations of A's, G's, C's, and T's). Transcribe the sequence
jonny [76]
So what you can to is like AGT GCA TCA then you can transcribe it to UCA CGU AGU. Finally all you need to do is put it in the codon chart Ser is the first Arg is your second and Ser is your last.

How do the pulse and breathing rates maintain homeostasis
Studentka2010 [4]
The body needs to maintain the amount of oxygen that reaches our cells. If we exercise a lot, our breathing rate increases. More oxygen enables our cells to more quickly respire aerobically, so that our muscles can contract more rapidly.

Which of the following correctly pairs biotic factors with an effect on the biosphere?
uysha [10]

The statement that correctly pairs biotic factors with an effect on the biosphere is that biotic factors would decrease the oxygen in the soil.

What are biotic factors?

Biotic factors of an ecosystem refers to the living components of that ecosystem. Biotic factors include the following:

 • Plants
 • Microbes
 • Animals

Biotic factors make use of oxygen in the atmosphere to perform the process of respiration, hence, their presence will cause a decrease in the oxygen content.

Therefore, the statement that correctly pairs biotic factors with an effect on the biosphere is that biotic factors would decrease the oxygen in the soil.
