To solve for E, we need to substitute the values and then simplify. Though, this question is fairly strange because c is the speed of light, which is definitely not 6. 

E = mc²

Substitute
E = 3 * (6)²

Simplify
E = 108 

This means, that in this scenario, E = 108.
