Answer: Ligaments

Explanation:

Ligaments connect the ends of bones together in order to form a joint. The strong connective tissue in the ligaments protects these structures and prevents them from bending, twisting or tearing. Regardless of whether they connect bones or organs to each other, ligaments help to maintain stability in the body

I hope this helps :)

De acuerdo con lo anterior llene el siguiente cuadro comparativo señalando con x si las células procariotas o eucariotas posee l
Maurinko [17]

Answer:

El cuadro no está presente pero las diferencias principales entre células eucariotas y procariotas son:

Eucariotas:

Tienen núcleo

Tienen organelas

Tienen Vacuolas

Tienen Citoesqueleto

Tienen Cloroplastos

El ADN está asociado a proteínas

El ADN es lineal

Presentan mitocondrias

Presentan un sistema de endomembranas

Procariotas:

No tienen núcleo

No tienen vacuolas

No tienen cloroplastos

No tienen organelas

El ADN no está asociado a proteínas

El ADN es circular

Presenta mesosomas

Explanation:

PLEASE HELP! In this simulation, the masses of the planets were all the same. Do you think if the masses of the planets were dif
Shkiper50 [21]

Answer:

It would certainly make a difference.

Explanation:

The mass of a planet determines how thick the planets atmosphere would be, if it can even sustain an atmosphere. If all the masses are the same, all of the large planets would not be able to sustain life, while all of the smaller, denser planets still have a chance.

The mass of a planet also affects it’s gravitational pull. If all of the planets had the same mass, they would all have the same gravitational pull, meaning that they would all attract the same amount of asteroids, meteors, and other spacial objects.

Overall, the simulation would certainly be different, for many, many reasons. The above are only two, and if you would like more, just add a comment and I can give you more.

Jessica has just moved from Orlando, Florida, to Denver, Colorado. What condition is she now experiencing that is stimulating th
sergij07 [2.7K]

Answer: Hypoxia

Explanation: hypoxia induces the production of erythropoietin, which is a hormome produced by the kidneys to help increase the productiom of red blood cells in the body. In Jessica's case, she might be experiencing this due to a change in ultitide whereby her body needs more oxygen than it originally gets (crllular hypoxis), therefore, her body signals for more red blood cell production. The erythropoietin will then be secreted and more red blood cells will be formed by the bone marrow through the hormonal action.
