Bother the heavy and light ball would fall at the exact same rate and at the same time.

Explanation:

Both of the balls will hit roll down the ramp at the same time and at the same speed as long as there are no other variables that would change the result such a the air resistance level and as long as it the same ramp. Galileo helped out with this answer in the science world because he wanted to see whether or not a bowling ball and a feather would fall at the same time. Although Galileo tested that in a vaccum, it allowed us to experiment it with other objects which allowed up to see the astonishing results. Gravity will make everything accelerate downward at exactly the same rate, no matter how heavy or light the object is.
