Answer:

This situation demonstrates the principle of falsifiability.

Explanation:

The concept of falsifiability in science was introduced by Karl Popper, who states that if a theory or statement can be proven false the theory or statement is, in the end, false. The theory has to be contradicted by a basic statement, as in the case of people with amnesia suffering from alternate personalities and people suffering from DID.

Your friend's sister called you and told you that her brother (your friend) is depressed.Write a letter to him, give him tips on
bixtya [17]

Answer:

You may be feeling:

-sad, frusturated,helpless.

-difficulty concentrating and making decisions.

-headaches, back pains, and stomach problems.

-smoking or use of alcohol or drugs.

Stress is a completely normal reaction to depression, here are some ways to deal with this stress:

-Take care of yourself.

-Eat healthy, well-balanced meals

-Exercise on a regular basis

-Get plenty of sleep

-Give yourself a break if you feel stressed out

-Talk to others. Share your problems and how you are feeling and coping with a parent, friend, counselor, doctor, or pastor.

-Avoid any substances. These may seem to help, but they can create additional problems and increase the stress you are already feeling.

-Take a break. If news events are causing your stress, take a break from listening or watching the news.

Recognize when you need more help. If problems continue or you are thinking about doing anything serious, talk to a psychologist, social worker, or professional counselor.

-Give yourself time to relax but also be productive as this gives you something to focus on.

If it was an actual letter you may want to add:

I am very sorry that you are going through such a difficult time, if you are needing to speak to somebody, just know that I am available for you both. remember to take time for yourselves and enjoy eachothers company. Explanation: Hey hope this helps! :) I got some info on a website so dont

copy it exact for any assignments because you may get in trouble for copyright.
