I personally think that the answer would be B. People tend to disregard land they do not own because when someone owns land they want it the cleanest it could possibly be, When someone does not own the land they tend to think that if they don't own the land they can treat however they want.

What was the main concern with the first draft of the articles of the confideration?
Dominik [7]
It was too flimsy. It failed to take into account real issues between the state and national governments. It took a long time to approve because the central, national government was designed weak, essentially impossible to emend, states had their own money and foreign policy, and the national government proved unable to quell rebellions (proved by Shay’s Rebellion.) All this proves that the main issue is the fact the central government was weakened and state governments had too much control over the fate of the union.

Does history repeat itself? In what ways? In what ways have peoples and civilizations changed or evolved?
balu736 [363]
History has a tendency to repeat itself. As memory fades, events from the past can become events of the present. Some, like author William Strauss and historian Neil Howe, argue that this is due to the cyclical nature of history, history repeats itself and flows based on the generations
