The greater the energy, the larger the frequency and the shorter the wavelength. Given the relationship between wavelength and frequency; the higher the frequency, the shorter the wavelength it follows that short wavelength are more energetic than long wavelength.
Organisms
that expend energy to regulate some or all of their internal conditions are
known as regulators. Regulators are organisms that can control their internal
environment regardless of external environmental change. Regulators achieve this
by homeostatic mechanisms and it requires a lot of energy. Examples of
regulators are mammals and birds

A lysosome is a membrane-bound sac found in cells that contains digestive enzymes which break down complex molecules or structure.
Lysosomes are single membrane organelles or vesicles that contain enzymes and are specialized to breakdown complex food materials such as sugars and proteins, into simpler substances.
Lysosomes are made in a process that begins in the endoplasmic reticulum and ends in the Golgi apparatus which puts the finishing touches to the lysosome before releasing it into the cytoplasm where it floats freely until engaged.
