Chitwan National Park is actually the first one of that kind in this country.  It is only the UNESCO's list since 1984 and it covers a large area of almost 1 000 km squares.

Sagarmatha National Park is another park in this country that was on the UNESCO's list since 1979. It covers a larger area than the previous one and includes even the Mount Everest peak.
