As the owner of an art gallery with a keen eye for upcoming talent, you find a painting that you feel is sure to net a large pro

fit from a relatively unknown artist. You contact the artist and negotiate to privately purchase the piece for $5,000, which you believe will be worth at least $25,000 in the next five years. A contract is signed to purchase the painting which is to be delivered to your gallery. Excited about the sale and with some extra time on his hands, the artist decides to do a search on you. Realizing that you are the successful owner of an art gallery, the artists feels that perhaps he sold the painting for too low of a price and returns the $5,000 check to you instead of delivering the painting. How should you proceed

A wiki is probably the best of the choices presented, because it's editable by everyone.  But wikis get out of control pretty quickly if nobody is assigned to be the wiki-keeper.

Forum software can actually be the best approach, because forums can be divided into different topics for different projects, and posts in chronological order (with attachments) help everybody keep track of what happened when.

If, at the current price, there is a shortage of a good, thena. sellers are producing more than buyers wish to buy.b. the market
sdas [7]

Answer:

C. the price is below the equilibrium price

Explanation:

Remember, in the law of demand and supply the quantity supplied is dependent on the value of the price of a good.

In this case the price is below the equilibrium price; meaning demand would be higher than the supply which results in the shortage of the good and the company therefore raises the price of the good.

For example, the price of oranges decrease in the equilibrium price (from $10 to $5), resulting in an increase in the demand for oranges.

The increase in demand would lead to shortage, making farmers increase price wanting to supply more.

It would be "Meat to cook for dinner at home" that a consumer expect to find in a retail store since retail stores market to individuals and families, not large-scale projects.
