The founding of the Soviet Union, led by Lenin, was derived from a small group of Bolsheviks revolutionaries. This group was a fraction of the Marxist Russian Social Democratic Labor Party which, in 1903, separated from Mensheviks, the other factions of the aforementioned party. In translation from the Russian Bolshevik means "majority" in the literal translation "one of the majority", which they proved during their reign, quality is not important, but the quantity, the number, the majority.
