Length = 4/5 ft
area = 3/10 ft.
Width = 3/10 ÷ 4/5 ft 
= 3/10*5/4 ft
= 3/8 ft

Perimeter = 2(L+W)
= 2(4/5+3/8) ft
= 2(32+15)/40 ft
= 47/20 ft
= 2.35 ft
