The Israelis basically took the holy lands from Palestine and Religious people. Jerusalem is now only owned by Israel. No one from Palestine, Syria, Jordan, or Egypt could access the lands. Mostly just Jewish people. Wars like the Six Days war inforced this and showed the world that Israel owned the lands.

If I were a leader I would add a law to make Jerusalem an unmilitarized zone and a neutral area. I'd let Palestine have some of their land back, and let them have more rights.
