.The correct answer is D-Each country in North America uses its own currency. A and B are completely wrong, as there are numerous currencies in use in North America, but to say that they "have done away with separate currencies" is wrong, too, for there are some countries who use the US dollar, being therefore in common and not totally different.

A monopoly increases a corporation's profits by
strojnjashka [21]

Answer:

D

Explanation:

D is almost the precise definition of what a monopoly is. It eliminates all competition so that it can control prices.

A: not the answer. It can allow labor unions. It is more concerned about the competition.

B: It probably does use mass production, but this is not the answer. Mass production will help lower costs, but that is not its main feature.

C: The refutation is more like B. It helps lower costs, but that is not what a monopoly does. See the answer to D.

What did the americans offer to native americans to fight against the british
Y_Kistochka [10]

To Americans, the history includes both treating Native American tribes as equals and exiling them from their homes. The new U.S. government was thus free to acquire Native American lands by treaty or force. Resistance from the tribes stopped the encroachment of settlers, at least for a while
