Was Genghis Khan a hero or a villain
Andru [333]

Answer:

History books portray him as a brutal emperor who massacred millions of Asian and Eastern European people. However, he also practiced religious and racial tolerance, and his Mongolian Empire valued the leadership of women. Khan also brought law and civilization to Mongolia and is regarded as a hero in his native land. So technically he is neither a villain or a hero.

anastassius [24]

Explanation:

The Homestead Act of 1862 by President Lincoln, allowed people to claim up to 160 acres of public land for a small fee and convert it to private property through homesteading provided they stay on the land and take care of it for 5 years.

President Lincoln said the Act was necessary as it would give every American the resources needed to better their lives and such was its popularity that it in force for 124 years until it was repealed in 1976.

The correct answer is that the GDP is the most accurate way to determine if the economy is performing well. The only downside to the GDP is that it doens't show whether the standard of living has improved along with the economy since it is possible for countries to have high GDP due to large scale manufacturares and producers, yet for the people to still be poor because of low incomes from the said company owners.
