Here is a possible outline for why a certain kind of sport is your favorite. 
INTRODUCTION
- Quote regarding your chosen sport
- Explain what your sport is and 3 qualities you enjoy about it. 
- Close out with a sentence about how "in this essay I will explain to you my favorite parts of this sport which are: (points 4 here)." 

BODY 1
- This is going to be the first point you made in the introduction clearly.
