Listen to upbeat music or a favorite song

Lay down somewhere comfy and empty one's mind

Think of some happy memories or a pet

Distract one's mind with a hobby like drawing

Talk to a close friend or family member about the problem or emotions being felt

List some accomplishments to make oneself feel better

Watch a funny movie or video

Color something to focus the mind else where

A desire for glory and riches. Ulysses only had to blind the Cyclops because he was being rude and stole all of their cheese and expected the monsters to shower him with riches. I dunno about you, but if I was that Cyclops I would have been pretty mad too, no wonder they tried to eat him! Long story short, Ulysses was mean.
