For example: Burning candle.
When candle wax burns, it gives of energy in the form of light and heat.

Energy can be identified as chemical energy or thermal energy.

Chemical energy is a form of energy stored in the chemical bonds formed between atoms. Chemical energy can be found in the food, fuel, and cells of our body.

Thermal energy is the total energy of the motion of all the particles found in an object. Thermal energy is found in an object in relation to its temperature, either hot or cold.

What are the three waves of an earthquake? Fastet to Slowest

ANS: An earthquake generates three kinds of waves: surface waves (L waves), which are the slowest and weakest; shear (S) waves, which are transverse waves and carry most of the energy; and pressure (P) waves, which are longitudinal waves and travel the fastest. The speed of P waves is approximately 7.0 km/s, and that of S waves is about 4.0 km/s.
