A scientific question is a question that have real answers and answers can be verified by performing experiments.

Since, the question “How fast do hummingbirds fly" is a question asking about the speed of hummingbirds- hypothesis can be made like " Is the speed of humming birds fastest among all the birds "?. They can be tested in the fields and question can be explained with the results.

Hummingbirds can fly as fast as 60 miles per hour. One reason why its a scientific question is because of their speed. Their speed is very different compared to many other animals. I hope this helps :)
