Hey,
If you meant that m^{4}= 111 than m^{5}= \sqrt[4]{111^{5}} but you can't find the exact number.

Hope this helps :) and don't forget to choose the brainliest please :)

Salut!

b=baiat

f=fata

In clasa sunt 35 elevi.

75/100 x b=f

3b/4=f

3b=4f

b+f=35

3b+3f=105

7f=105

f=15

b=35-15

b=20

Succes!

Solve the inequality.<br> 3x+6&lt;3(x-7)
GarryVolchara [31]
<h3>\boxed{\large\displaystyle\text{$\begin{gathered}\sf \bf{3x+6 < 3(x-7) } \end{gathered}$} }</h3>

Simplify both sides of the inequality.

\boxed{\large\displaystyle\text{$\begin{gathered}\sf \bf{3x+6 < 3x-21 } \end{gathered}$} }

Subtract 3x from both sides.

<h3>\boxed{\large\displaystyle\text{$\begin{gathered}\sf \bf{3x+6-3x < 3x-21-3x } \end{gathered}$} }</h3><h3>\boxed{\large\displaystyle\text{$\begin{gathered}\sf \bf{6 < -21 } \end{gathered}$} }</h3>

Subtract 6 from both sides.

<h3>\boxed{\large\displaystyle\text{$\begin{gathered}\sf \bf{6-6 < -21-6 } \end{gathered}$} }</h3>

\boxed{\large\displaystyle\text{$\begin{gathered}\sf \bf{0 < -27} \end{gathered}$} }

Can somebody help me with my geometry?

The slope of AC is -0.4

Proof:
In triangles ABC and DBE,
∠DBE is common to both triangles.
AB = 2DB (D is the midpoint of the interval AB)
Also, BC = 2BE (E is the midpoint of the interval BC)

Thus triangles ABC and DBE are similar in the ratio 2:1

Since, they are similar, ∠BDE must equal ∠BAC (corresponding angles in similar triangles)

If ∠BDE = ∠BAC, DE must be parallel to AC (corresponding angles are equal along parallel lines)
Thus, the slope of AC = the slope of DE
Thus, the slope of AC is -0.4

Graph by using the slope and the y intercept.
Mashutka [201]

1. a) equation of the line :

  • y =  \dfrac{2}{5}x   - 7

y - intercept = -7

so, it will pass through point (0, -7)

and if we plug the value of x as 5, we get

  • y =  (\dfrac{2}{5}  \times 5) - 7

  • y = 2 - 7

  • =  - 5

so, it will pass through point (5, -5) too

now, just plot the points (0 , -7) and (5 , -5) and join them.

2. b) equation of line is :

  • y =  - 3x + 5

here, y - intercept = 5

so the line passes through point (0 , 5)

now, Plugging the value of x = 1 we get :

  • y =(  - 3 \times 1) + 5

  • y =  - 3 + 5

  • y = 2

so, the given line passes through point (1 , 2)

plotting the points, we can get our required line.
