Answer:

d. all of the above

Explanation:

Ottonian architecture is part of the stylistic block of solid architecture formed by Carolingian prototypes with new Byzantine influences. It is a kind of distinct and symmetrical northern Romanesque first art as opposed to the first Southern Romanesque art 1. It can be thought that Ottoman architecture is only the eastern wing of a larger ensemble that covers northern Europe and presumably the Pre-Norman England. No doubt it formed the second Romanesque art (1050-1150) and the first Gothic architecture born in the western part of the first Northern Romanesque art still retains its breadth.

Ottonian architecture is part of a Renaissance and willingness of emperors of the new Ottoman dynasty to restore the Holy Roman Empire. It extends from the North Sea and the Baltic to the Alpine and Saone regions beyond the Elbe and Magdeburg. In the second half of the 10th century important monuments are built. The boundary between Ottonian architecture and early Romanesque art is blurred, located between 1020 and the mid-11th century.

The Ottonian basilicas are generally divided into three parts:

 • The feet, where a western massif similar to the West Werk Carolingian is located.
 • A central body, formed by three longitudinal naves that present differences according to the region where it is built, which give rise to two different typologies:
 • Saxon type: where the supports that separate the ships alternate a pillar with two columns.
 • Rhenish type: where the alternation is simpler and consists of a pillar for each column.
 • Although this difference seems an insubstantial detail, the spatial articulation of these two types of temples is very different. The roof of the ships is always made of wood.

Header, which has a great development. The altar is usually placed in the center of the cruise and what is properly the apse serves as a choir and therefore is where the monks are placed. Under the head, generally under the central apse, although there are times that also occupies the lower part of the cruise, the great crypt was built, since the cult of the relics had an enormous transcendence in this period.

explain why to choose purcell from others composers? What are the musical contributions this composer made towards the developme
timama [110]

The reason why I would choose Purcell over other composers would be because of how he used the unique form of Baroque music.

Who was the composer Purcell?

He was an English composer and his full name was Henry Purcell he was famous for his incidental music to a version of Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream called The Fairy Queen.

Hence, we can see that the personality of Purcell was one that was jovial and outgoing as he was an organist at the age of 20 for Westminster Abbey which also showed his incredible talent.
