38 hours a week x 4 weeks in a month = 152 hours in a month
152 x 22.50 (wage) = 3420 monthly wage
3420 x 12 months in a year = 41040 annually
thats before taxes

Ok this is a long one.
38 x 22.50= 885 dollars. That's how much he makes in a week.
Well there are approximately 52 weeks in a year. So 885 x 52= 46,020.
So he makes approximately 46,020 dollars a year.

Antonio has more money than Dominic . if Antonio gives Dominic $18 then they'll have the same amount . If Antonio gives Dominic.
Simora [160]
Let x be the money Antonio has.
Let y be the money Dominic has.

x-18=y (here, I just put in the equation)

Since we are not given any information about the money that Dominic has or Antonio has, we would have to create an equation that would fit all the situations.

Hope I helped :)

What’s 0.17 repeating as a fraction
Murljashka [212]

If it's just the 7 that's repeating, let

x = 0.1777...

Then

10x = 1.777...

100x = 17.777...

100x - 10x = 17.777... - 1.777...

90x = 16

x = 16/90 = 8/45

If both 1 and 7 are repeating, let

x = 0.171717...

Then

100x = 17.171717...

100x - x = 17.171717... - 0.171717...

99x = 17

x = 17/99

The mean Algebra 2 test score is 81.5, with a standard deviation of 5.1. There are 130 students taking the course. Assuming a no
alexira [117]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Let x be the random variable representing the algebra test scores of the students. Since it is normally distributed and the population mean and population standard deviation are known, we would apply the formula,

z = (x - µ)/σ

Where

x = sample mean

µ = population mean

σ = standard deviation

From the information given,

µ = 81.5

σ = 5.1

the probability that a student scores below 76.4 is expressed as

P(x ≤ 76.4)

For x = 76.4

z = (76.4 - 81.5)/5.1 = - 1

Looking at the normal distribution table, the probability corresponding to the z score is 0.023

For x = 8

z = (8 - 6)/1 = 2

Looking at the normal distribution table, the probability corresponding to the z score is 0.159

Therefore, the number of students that scored below 76.4 is

0.159 × 130 = 21 students
