That the variable Z is directly proportional to X and inversely proportional to Y means Z = A (X/Y)

=> A = Z* Y / X

=> 9.5 * 6 / 3 = Z * 12 /8

=> Z = 9.5 * 8 * 6 / (3 * 12) = 12.67

Answer: 12.67
