Answer:

The answer is v = 1.2s

Step-by-step explanation:

The table shows the relationship between time (s) and distance traveled (v) so it represents a function, a math expression where for each specific value of an independent variable ( in this case time) you obtain a unique value or dependent variable (distance in this case).

As time increases, distance travelled increases in a constant proportion equal to:

2.4 - 1.2 = 1.2

3.6- 2.4 = 1,2

As you see, each second that passes the distance increases by a constant factor of 1.2. This type of fucntion is called a linear function whic has the form

y= mx +b

where m is the constant factor and b the value that y takes when x= 0. In this case x and y are:

V = ms

because at time zero s = 0 disntaced travelled is v=0. So replacing the constant factor 1.2 as m we have

v = 1.2s

Find the GCF of the following set of numbers <br> 260, 80, 50
Vinvika [58]

Answer:

10

Step-by-step explanation:

The factors of 50 are: 1, 2, 5, 10, 25, 50

The factors of 80 are: 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 10, 16, 20, 40, 80

The factors of 260 are: 1, 2, 4, 5, 10, 13, 20, 26, 52, 65, 130, 260

In all of these numbers, we can see that 10 is common throughout and 10 is also the greatest factor all these numbers share.

Hope this helps you :)

Solve system if equations
Alexandra [31]

Answer:

(2, 9)

x = 2

y = 9

Step-by-step explanation:

To solve this system, we can either use substitution or graph it. I will be showing how to graph it.

To solve by graphing, we graph both of the equations and find the point at which the lines intersect.
