Joseph Stalin, a Georgian revolutionary of Soviet politics was born on 8th December 1878.He led Soviet Union as General Secretary of Communist Party from1922 to 1952.He was a communist committed to Leninistinterpretation of Marxism and formalized his own policy known as Stalinism.

He built a centralized command Economy through fast industrialization and agricultural collectivization. Due to rapid industrialization more and more labors got employed in the industries.

The working condition of worker changed over time to time. During his period labors lost their right to take part in operations of the enterprises and thus their condition worsened. Wages were sometime given in form of money or sometime through bartering. It was not same in all capitalist countries. It was 80 percent as salary and around 20 percent as bonus

The authority to use services were determined by official rankings. It was not decided upon the amount of money he / she is having.
