The American revolution was the war that the US win its freedom from England. The war broke out because of England’s unfair tax rates and rules, finally after a few years of England outrageous rules the Declaration of Independence was written. Upon presenting the declaration to England they were outraged and the war began. The war had many casualties on both sides but England had it far worse than the US. The English belived taking cover was for cowards, this ended in there defeat in many battles. The war ultimately ended on sept 3 1783 when French allies and US troops surrounded English troopers and general lord Cornwallis. Cornwallis surrendered his sword and the war was over, America had independence. The war lasted from April 19 1775 - sept 3 1783.

The Anabaptists originated from Zurich/Germany. 

Huguenots are mainly from Northern France. 

The Anglican only has a long and unbroken history with Great Britain and Ireland. 

Calvinism is originally from Switzerland. It spread through England, Scotland, France, the Netherlands, various colonies of North America, and parts of Germany and central Europe while in parts of Germany and Scandinavia Lutheranism spread.

Presbyterian originated from Scotland. There is a big influence from John Calvin and the works of John Knox (He brought back important reformed teachings to Scotland).

Those who were primarily responsible for the Great Compromise were two delegates from Connecticut, Roger Sherman and Oliver Ellsworth. This was because New Jersey, who had a plan drafted by Paterson, had a small-state plan for representation and Virginia, who was a large state had a different plan and they could not agree to a compromise. The Great Compromise, also known as the Connecticut Compromise (because of the delegates who helped to formulate it) was an agreement that all states came to that the lower house would have proportional representation and the upper house would be weighted equally by state.
