The processes of a neuron that usually receive signals from other neurons are called.
Marina86 [1]

Dendrites are the processes of a neuron that receive signals from other neurons. Dendrites receive signals from other neurons via specialized junctions known as synapses.

What is Dendrites?

 • The receiving end of a neuron is referred to as a dendrite. The ability of a neuron to generate an action potential is determined by the synaptic impulses exchanged between its axons and dendrites.
 • Cell Body is in charge of controlling the activities of neurons. Myelin protects the axon while also speeding up and simplifying message transmission.
 • Other neurons send messages to dendrites. Axons carry signals from the cell body to neighboring neurons' dendrites. It normally receives incoming impulses from other neurons via its dendrites.
 • The signal sent to other neurons travels along the axon. Despite having millions of dendrites, a neuron only has one axon. Within a neuron's fourth special part

Based on the general trend of your data, what happened to the heart rate and pulse amplitude immediately after exercise and then
Nata [24]

Exercise is very vital to the body,it a form of physical activity.the sole aim of excercise is to maintain stamina, flexibility, keep fit and be overly healthy and well.

When we excercise, our heart rate increases and then it returns to the normal rate when with rest, when we take a break.there is reflection of vasoconstriction in the fingers as the blood is shunted to only the exercising muscles because it is noted that the pulse amplitude of the heart is always small after excercise and and increases slowly during recovery.

The amount of blood the heart pumps in a minute, that is the amount of blood ejected by the contraction of the left ventricle into systemic circulation increases when we are exercising and resistance to blood flow by skeletal muscles decreases.the blood vessels will try to adapt to the condition (exercise) inorder to control blood flow and as well meet energy demands.

When we finish exercising, our body temperature increases which will inturn cause increase in the pulse rate and the blood in our body makes way to our skin, hands and legs inorder to clear off the energy that was generated by the body(muscles) during exercise

Which evidence suggests that several mass extinctions have occurred during Earth's history?
Hitman42 [59]

Answer:

Many fossils of organisms that are no longer living have been discovered.

Explanation:

Mass extinctions could be first identified because of the traces they left in the fossil record. In the strata, the lower, older rock layer shows a diversity of fossil life forms, and the younger lawyer above is depauperate if we compare.
