Perimeter= add all sides. 
Since this is a rectangle, we can assume two sides equal 3 and two equal 4. Therefore, 3+3+4+4= 14

Area=sidexside 
Therefore, 3x4=12

One Hundredth times Ten = Ten Hundredths
0.01 • 10 = 0.1
So Ten Hundredths = 0.1

Three and Ten Hundredths = Three plus Ten Hundredths
