Answer: The nurse must talk to the client to annunciate that he will have a breakfeast soon, bringing him to reality, even when he are immerse into his  alucinations.

Explanation: A client with schizophrenia lives, most of your life time, on your own alucinations. The nurse's work, in this specifc case, consists on listen to client's alucinations for a while, but, not talk to him about it, always trying to make him back to reality, talking about concret stuff, like what we'll gonna eat for breakfeast, the color of a wall, etc.

Sometimes, in pacients like this, the sintoms are so intense that he refuses to eat, take a shower, brush your teeth or doing any basic activity.  Then, the nurse must engaged youself to conquer the client's trust, showing that she has time and will to help him, on your own time.
