Fully describe a dog ?
Licemer1 [7]

Good Afternoon,

I just want to know this source was from Wiki itself so that i dont be classified as plagiarism, i have been granted personal authorization to use it for educational purposes, so thanks to Wiki, here you go :)

"The domestic dog (Canis lupus familiaris or Canis familiaris) is a member of genus Canis (canines) that forms part of the wolf-like canids, and is the most widely abundant carnivore. The dog and the extant gray wolf are sister taxa, with modern wolves not closely related to the wolves that were first domesticated. The dog was the first domesticated species and has been selectively bred over millennia for various behaviors, sensory capabilities, and physical attributes.

Their long association with humans has led dogs to be uniquely attuned to human behavior and they are able to thrive on a starch-rich diet that would be inadequate for other canid species. Dogs vary widely in shape, size and colours. Dogs perform many roles for people, such as hunting, herding, pulling loads, protection, assisting police and military, companionship and, more recently, aiding handicapped individuals. This influence on human society has given them the sobriquet "man's best friend"."

Thank you,

Darian D.

When extra cells do not belong where they grow, what type of imbalance do they primarily create?
Hitman42 [59]

when extra cells do not belong where they grow, they cause cancer.

Explanation:

When there is overgrowth of cells, that is they grow and multiply in an uncontrolled manner, they result in cancer.

In cancer, cells spread to any body part where they don't belong.

It is a normal function of a cell to grow and then divide and after that it dies. But, when a cell starts growing and dividing and then again growing and dividing kind of it becomes immortal, then it becomes a cancerous cell.

The exact reason of cancer is yet to be know. But still after much research, scientists and researchers have some idea that cancer may be as a result of some genetic factor or due to some environmental change.

Still, research is going on to know it better so that the cause can be known and thus, scientists and researchers can work to prevent its occurrence.

Now a days, it is possible to cure cancer. In most cases, early deduction helps in starting early treatment which results in complete cure of the disease.
