Answer:

Both decrease, but the mean has a more significant change.

Step-by-step explanation:

The first thing is to know what happens to the mean and the median, removing a value, the normal thing is that both change. Now, how much they would change, what we know is that when removing or removing this value, it is normal for both to decrease.

Since $ 500 is a much larger value than the mean, removing this value from the dataset will significantly decrease the mean. The median, on the other hand, will move to the next smaller number, so the change will be small or even none.

Therefore, both change, but the mean has a more significant change.

During the national day celebrations.Asha decorates her balcony with serial lights of red, green and white colours. The red light
expeople1 [14]

If all three coloured lights blink together at 8:49 pm, they will blink together at 8:50 pm

Solution:

Given that the red light blinks at intervals of 4 seconds, the green at 5 seconds and the white at 6 seconds.

If all three colored lights blink together at 8:49 pm,

We have to find when will they blink together again?

First let us know, at what intervals they all together blink.

For that we have to find the lcm of 4, 5, 6.

L.C.M (4, 5, 6) = 2 x L.C.M(2, 5, 3)

As 2,3,5 are primes, we can’t take common further, so multiply all

= 2 x 2 x 5 x 3

= 4 x 15 = 60

So, after every 60 seconds = 1 minute they will blink.

Then, after 8 : 49 pm, they will blink at 8 : 49 + 1 = 8 : 50 pm.

Hence, they all blink at 8 : 50 pm.

Factor 28+56t+28w28+56t+28w28, plus, 56, t, plus, 28, w to identify the equivalent expressions. Choose 2 answers:
Effectus [21]

Answer: The factorization of 28+56t+28w =28(1+2t+w)

The factors of 28+56t+28w are 28 and 1+2t+w.

Step-by-step explanation:

The given expression : 28+56t+28w

To factorize it, we need to find the common factor.

As 56 can be written as 2 x 28.

So, the above expression would become

28+2\times28t+28w

Now, taking 28 as common from all the terms, we will get

28(1+2t+w)

Thus, the factorization of 28+56t+28w =28(1+2t+w)

And the factors of 28+56t+28w are 28 and 1+2t+w.
