The correct answer is - True.

The failed states and the states that in terrible conditions are often the perfect place for the terrorist groups to take refugee. This is because these states are not regulated well, the corruption is very high, large portions of their territories are not properly controlled. All of that enables the terrorist groups to able to occupy whole regions, have their facilities there, set their own rules, being able to keep the military and police away, hold their training and teachings.

These countries are also excellent places for recruitment of new members. Most of the people are very poor and in all desperation some of them will join these groups in order to earn some money, thus making the terrorist groups even stronger over time.

This process is known as "slippery slope".

The slippery slope is a typical intelligent false notion (and a variation on the contention from unfavorable outcomes) that requests a restriction or abridgement on something in light of a falling arrangement of undesired outcomes. While the slippery slope may in truth exist, ordinarily the contention is advanced while disregarding conceivable relieving factors, along these lines making it by and large a to some degree as well genuine type of reductio ad absurdum.

dolphi86 [110]

The study of rule-making and rule-enforcements was the major focus of interactionist and labeling theorists.

Interactionist theory

 • One of the four main theories in sociology is interactionist theory.
 • It asserts that social interactions are how people learn about society and that numerous individual interactions form society as a whole.
 • For instance, the term "wife" will be positive if you and your wife have a terrific connection.

Labeling theory

 • This is a theory of social behavior that contends that how people are perceived by other members of society has a big impact on how they act.
 • Various social behaviors among groups, including criminal deviance, have been explained using it.
 • Saying that a young man across the street is a thief because he was observed hanging around with other young men who exhibited deviant conduct is an example of labeling.
