The United States failure to participate in the newly created League of Nations after World War I resulted in increased isolationism during the 1920's and early part of the 1930's. Many American citizens did not want to be involved in foreign affairs anymore. This is especially true considering the toll in both casualties and cost that World War I had on American citizens and the government. This resulted in the US playing a smaller role in international affairs and a refusal to join World War II until almost 2 years after it officially begins.
Strict construction requires a judge to apply the text only as it is written. Once the court has a clear meaning of the text, no further investigation is required. Judges—in this view—should avoid drawing inferences from a statute or constitution and focus only on the text itself.
My opinion is that it’s not too late because if you don’t have the time now you might have it next year plus it would help a lot with college and possibly make it easier. but it also depends how much time you want to spend doing school instead of having fun because i understand if your not enthusiastic about school but still want to do better at it.
