Thats more of an opinional question. If you were taking a poll than my vote would be on Martin Luther King jr. because he sort of gave a statement/speech on the racism the "whites" have shown to the "colored people" and maybe he has opened their eyes to what they have done. I say sorta because it took about more than 5 years

A society in which there is no structure cannot stand however a society with structure not upheld by a government can stand as long as all of the citizens residing inside of the society uphold it themselves. It must be a utopian society in which the golden rule is the law and no one violates it and remains in the community. For a society without structure will collapse.
