Astral projection is pseudo science, but if you believe those who claim that it is a real thing, then it involves things like meditation and what not and then you can leave your body and float around and see the world and meet other souls and things like that. It's not supported by any scientific evidence.
I'm pretty sure that would be false and would also go against some of the points of what your talking about. Not to mention it's rude to do so. I'm pretty sure anyways.
