Answer:

France and Britain

Explanation:

The Seven Years War is called the series of international conflicts that occurred between the beginning of 1756 and the end of 1763 to establish control over Silesia and the colonial supremacy in North America and India. They took part, on the one hand, the Kingdom of Prussia, the Kingdom of Hanover and the Kingdom of Great Britain together with their American colonies and, some time later, their ally the Kingdom of Portugal; and on the other hand the Kingdom of Saxony, the Austrian Empire, the Kingdom of France, the Russian Empire, Sweden and the Kingdom of Spain, the latter from 1761. There was a change of coalitions with respect to the War of Succession Austrian, although the Silesian conflict and the Franco-British struggle remained the keys.

The feudal system probably would not have developed if the Roman Empire continued. Why?
Gelneren [198K]
The main reason why the feudal system probably would not have developed if the Roman Empire continued is because "A strong military would have been in place to protect people from invaders" since this is how the Romans kept peace in the past.
