Michael just finished a great meal in a restaurant in Wisconsin. The sales tax in Wisconsin is 5%, percent, and it is customary

to leave a tip of 15%, percent for the waiter.The tip amount is calculated on the price of the meal before the tax is applied. Sales tax is not calculated on tips.If Michael left $18 on the table to cover his meal, tax, and tip, what was the price of his meal before tax and tip?

Your equation is: P + 0.05P + 0.15P = 18

1.2P = 18

18/1.2 = $15

P = $15

Hope I helped!

Step-by-step explanation:

Given in the question are 4 number

5√1/3 - \frac{9}{\sqrt{7} }

2 - \frac{1}{\sqrt{11} }

9 + 3\sqrt{\frac{5}{2} }

\frac{8}{3} + \sqrt{\frac{-7}{3} }

A Complex Number is a combination of a Real Number and an Imaginary Number

<h3>Example </h3>

a + ib

where a is real number

            b is imaginary number

            i is 'lota' which is √-1

<h3>So according to the definition above </h3>

\frac{8}{3} + \sqrt{\frac{-7}{3} } is complex number in which

\frac{8}{3} is real part

\sqrt{\frac{7}{3} } \sqrt{-1} = \sqrt{\frac{7}{3} } i is the imaginary part
