Why does the First Amendment matter today? It protects people’s right to say whatever they want even if it threatens public safe

ty. It protects people’s right to own and use weapons for the defense of self and family. Without it, people could not share ideas freely on the Internet without risking arrest. Without it, people could not seek protection from police or the military for anything.

Answer:

Without it, people could not share ideas freely on the Internet without risking arrest.

Explanation:

The first amendment says that: <em>"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."</em>

It is the amendment of Free Speech. It doesn't protect the citizen directly, but prevents the congress to diminish your freedom. In the age of the internet, congress cannot create laws that forbid you to say what you want, even online.

Do you enjoy learning languages?explain EXTRA PONTS WILL BE GIVIN TO THE ONES WHO EXPLAIN BRIFLY
Viefleur [7K]

Answer:

omg, yes! I love learning new languages. It gets confusing at times, but I would say it's worth it. I truly love being able to hear other languages and speak them. I like being able to speak with other people :)) When I'm learning it, those who don't know some of the languages I know, I feel a bit of freedom and by that, I mean I don't have to watch what I say around people because they may take it the incorrecr way, it happens often. It maybe the same word, but in another language sometimes I believe it has a different meaning, but the same. As in another meaning, I mean... like the way people take the language/speech as. :)) This may be confusing, but I will say that I love learning languages as long as they're ones I get to choose to learn because it's required to learn Spanish and it's different ig.
