Verbal abuse- Also known as "verbal bullying", verbal abuse is to use (typically false) superior strength to scare [someone], usually to force her/him to do what the bullier wants or to make the victim feel negatively  through words.

Verbal abuse can harm the victim by making them feel inadequate or negatively. This can lead to self harm, bad moods, suicidal thinking, or even death itself.

Before starting CPR you should gently tap the child on the back. If there's no response whatsoever and the infant isn't breathing normally or at all, place the infant on their back and begin CPR. Apply 30 gentle compressions at the rate of ~110/minute. Use two fingers in the center of the chest just below the nipples.
