I would have to say B. because yelling and screaming doesn't necessarily mean people will help you with the stress, it won't reduce the stress maybe for a short while, but that stress will still be there and it can still be as strong as before, it won't punish your heart or nervous system because physically stress is capable of that. screaming and yelling can make you feel better, but the stress will still be there. <span />
