All right, first of all, we need o to understand something. This can only happen in multicellular organisms. Also, they all come from one cell called stem cell that has the ability to be distributed and find a specialized utility. Also once the are converted to that specific cell type, they could even specialize themselves into a certain region, or task inside that tissue.
