Answer:

Option D , yeast

Explanation:

Most of the fungi are multi-cellular. Only yeast is a single celled fungi that usually arises on the old bread.

All other fungi's i.e mold, mushroom and alga are multi-cellular. Fungi's have a large multi cellular network of hyphae. These Hyphae filaments are made up of  tubular cells.

However, yeast being single celled fungi do not have hyphae.

Hence, option D is correct

Which statement describes a common measurement error?
Kitty [74]
Answer – C (Using instruments that have not been calibrated).

When the integrity of an instrument’s calibration has been compromised (usually due to exposure to a shock, vibration, or physical damage), it needs to be calibrated; failure to do this inevitably leads to inaccurate measurement; this is a very common measurement error.

2. Members of this kingdom secrete enzymes into their food then absorb the digested matter
Fudgin [204]

Answer:

Fungi

Explanation:

Fungi are an example of saprotrophs i.e. organisms who live and feed on dead organic matter. Saprotrophic nutrition is described as chemoheterotrophic extracellular digestion. It involves the extracellular release of digestive enzymes on the organic matter. The enzymes break down the organic matter into a simpler form, which is then absorbed by the fungus.
