Of the 5 ws and h, which one does soft news tend to address in a more in-depth way than hard news does?

Social Studies

The 5W + H methodology considers the following questions when assessing an issue: What?, Who?, Where? When?, Why?, and How?.

Soft News generally centers in the life of certain individuals such as public figures. The sense of urgency regarding this type of news is of little to none.

Therefore, Soft News will focus on Who? as its main subject of development at the moment of making a publishing in newspapers, radio, or television.

Carlos has an appointment with Higuain in a half hour at his office. However, Carlos decides to take care of some personal erran
serious [3.7K]

Answer:

D. polychronic culture.

Explanation:

Carlos is from a polychronic culture because he does multiple things at the same time. We can see that on his way to a meeting, he is running errands. That is to say, Carlos is using s specific time for various activities. If Carlos were from a monochronic culture, he would run his errands after or before the meeting. Besides, his trip to the office will be without any stops in other places because he would be dedicating a specific time to every activity he does.

In a high context culture, the communication is mostly implicit. There is a lot of information that the listener takes from voice tone, movements, and expressions. The person has to interpret the message.

In a low context culture, the communication is explicit and very clear. The listener does not have to interpret the message. It is not related to the context as in high context culture, what the speaker said with the focus on the meaning of every word in the message is what he/she meant.

What are the problems or dangers of placing elastic power in the hands of a representative body?
KonstantinChe [14]
The problem with giving plastic power in the hands of a representative body is that through it you can give basically a wide range of possible abilities/power which they can exert as they please. This isn't the best idea to do when the current representative body is prone to corruption for example.
