The correct answer is B) The city had developed a social and political hierarchy.

The situation is the following. In a small city that developed along the Nile river following the Neolithic Revolution, a warrior helped the city defeat a rival community and was given privileges other people did not have. Later the warrior became a powerful ruler in the city. This meant that the city had developed a social and political hierarchy.

During the Neolithic Revolution, humans settled for the first time in a single placed. After being nomads for years, chasing animals for hunting, in the Agriculture Revolution, they learned how to farm the fields with the enormous help of the Rivers. Humans settled in next to the Rivers as was the case of the Egyptians next to the Nile River or the Sumerians, between the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers. There, they developed political and social hierarchies to rule society and maintaining the order.
