13. Find PS.

39

Р

\76°

R

28°

S
baherus [9]

Answer:

21.38

Step-by-step explanation:

Find the diagram attached

In order to get PS, we need to get the length of QS first

According to triangle QRS;

QS =opposite

QR = 39(adjacent)

Using SOH CAH TOA

Tan theta = opp/adj

Tan 28 = QS/39

QS = 39tan28

QS = 39(0.5317)

QS = 20.74

Get PS

sin theta = QS/PS

sin 76 = 20.74/PS

PS = 20.74/sin76

PS = 20.74/0.9703

PS = 21.38

Hence the length of PS is 21.38

2. The following triangle, ∆, has angle measures as shown.
klio [65]

Answer:

x=29. Angle C= 93

Step-by-step explanation:

3(x+2)= 3x+6.

3x+6+52+35= 3x+93.

180-93=87.

87/3= 29. So that means x=29.

for proof you can do 3(29)+93 and you'll get 180.

For angle C; 3(29+2)= 3x31. 31x3= 93.

Angle C= 93 degrees.

El área de un rectángulo se calcula multiplicando la longitud de la base por la longitud de la altura. La base del rectángulo mi
NemiM [27]

Answer:

the height of the rectangle is 13 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

The computation of the height of the rectangle is shown below:

As we know that

Area of rectangle = base × height

156 cm^2 = × 12 × height

So, the height is

= 156 ÷ 12

= 13 cm

hence, the height of the rectangle is 13 cm

Someone please help me with 6 and 7 and please show work
kap26 [50]
6 would be $240.

Take 6,000 and multiply it by 4% which means you need to convert 4% to a decimal.
4% as a decimal is 0.04. 6,000 x 0.04 equals 240.

hope this is correct and sorry but I do not understand how to do 7.
